Yesterday, I reformatted and made an editing pass over one of the stories going in the Twilight's Edge collection. I have two more stories to work with before I'll be ready to compile everything into a single file. I also need to order a wrap-around cover that will work for CreateSpace, since I plan to release this book in print and digital formats. Those are just a few things at the top of my to-do list right now.
Also, I'm trying to get the next Werekind story together for release. I hope to have it ready to go at the end of the summer/early fall. This book is going to be Gemma's story, and the final, direct tie-in with the Under A Midnight Moon micro series.
If you haven't downloaded a copy of Under A Midnight Moon, and you want the original version of that short story for your collection, I suggest you grab a copy while you can. Once Gemma's book is up, I'm considering taking down the currently posted version of Under A Midnight Moon for good. It's been available for free download for six years, and of all the short stories and novellas I've written, that's the story I've taken the most hits over. It's time to put that leg of the series to rest.
Today, I have a couple of chapters to revise on a short story for an anthology. This is always such a slow chore for me, the revising. It's probably my least favorite thing about the entire story writing process. It has to be done, though, and the sooner I get through these chapters, the sooner I can have this story off my desk and out of my hair.
Well, it's almost 2, and I need to hit the sack. I'll be online later if you care to catch me on Facebook. I'd love to hear your recommendations for runaway/reluctant brides romances - preferably those in the contemporary category genre. I don't know why, but that's currently what I'm wanting to read. And apparently it's kind of hard to find? Fill me in if you know of any good books.
That's all for now. I hope you have a great Wednesday!
